The book is organized in three sections: mind, body and spirit. The chapters in the book are each dedicated to what I like to call the ‘fundamentals’ of wellness.

I have brought these ‘fundamentals’ of wellness alive by sharing the clinical research evidence showing their usefulness and the experience of well-known physicians and scientists confirming it. The chapters are also sprinkled with real life examples of people who have lived well and strong when they have applied these fundamentals.

Use this book as a resource- guide to help you find the wellness fundamentals that work for you. The fundamentals that fit your life, that resonate with your values. We are all in different stages of our life’s journey and I cannot presume to know which fundamentals are best suited to you. You are the captain of your life’s ship. All I can do is enthusiastically share what I have to come to know as the fundamentals of wellness. Because I know that when these fundamentals are put into practice, they can together make our life healthier, happier and more resilient.
